Die gesam\u00admelten Eindr\u00fccke, Erfah\u00adrungen (und Fotos) m\u00fcssen wir noch sortieren, f\u00fcr alle Inter\u00ades\u00adsierten aber hier ein erstes kurzes Update. <a href=\"https:\/\/horemi.org\/de\/so-leben-die-kinder-von-horemi\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/horemi.org\/de\/so-leben-die-kinder-von-horemi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ausf\u00fchr\u00adliche Infos, Bilder und Videos folgen in den n\u00e4chsten Wochen.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsere kurze Zusam\u00admen\u00adfas\u00adsung: Wow. Was die Gr\u00fcn\u00adderin Naume und Kenneth, ihr ehema\u00adliger Sch\u00fctz\u00adling und jetziger Leiter der Einrich\u00adtung, mit ihrem Team leisten, hat unsere Erwar\u00adtungen weit \u00fcber\u00adtroffen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kenneth und Naume arbeiten plan\u00advoll und gezielt an ihrer Vision f\u00fcr HOREMI: Kindern eine Chance geben. Durch einen w\u00fcrdigen Start ins Leben und eine gute Ausbil\u00addung entspre\u00adchend ihren indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adellen F\u00e4hig\u00adkeiten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dieser Plan wird mit unglaub\u00adli\u00adcher Energie, Zuver\u00adsicht, Z\u00e4hig\u00adkeit, Kompe\u00adtenz und Freude verfolgt. Unsere Paten\u00adschaften und Spenden wirken jeden Tag und erf\u00fcllen zu 100% ihren Zweck. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Ausbau der Schule geht prag\u00adma\u00adtisch voran, jeder Spenden-Euro findet z\u00fcgig Verwen\u00addung. Aktuell werden am Wochen\u00adende die Klas\u00adsen\u00adr\u00e4ume innen verputzt, unter der Woche (zur Unter\u00adrichts\u00adzeit) wird au\u00dfen weiter\u00adge\u00adar\u00adbeitet. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Unter\u00adricht in sechs Klas\u00adsen\u00adstufen (drei Vorschule, drei Grund\u00adschule) l\u00e4uft. Rund 80 Kinder, davon 10 aus dem HOREMI Waisen\u00adhaus, dr\u00fccken schon die selbst geschrei\u00adnerten Schul\u00adb\u00e4nke.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Ausbil\u00addungs-Ziele sind ambi\u00adtio\u00adniert, Lehr\u00adpl\u00e4ne f\u00fcr die verschie\u00addenen Klassen werden mit hohem Anspruch und gro\u00dfer Sorg\u00adfalt weiter\u00adent\u00adwi\u00adckelt. Insbe\u00adson\u00addere Kenneth wei\u00df durch eigene Erfah\u00adrung, wie wichtig eine gute Ausbil\u00addung ist, und tut alles daf\u00fcr, die Schule auf ein Top-Niveau zu bringen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Waisen\u00adhaus, die Keim\u00adzelle von HOREMI, kann durch unsere Paten\u00adschaften den rund 30 Kids ein nach ugan\u00addi\u00adschen Ma\u00dfst\u00e4ben w\u00fcrdiges und kind\u00adge\u00adrechtes Leben bieten. Auch wenn wir ange\u00adsichts der Reali\u00adt\u00e4ten unsere west\u00adli\u00adchen Vorstel\u00adlungen oft zurecht\u00adr\u00fc\u00adcken mussten. Vor Ort gibt es keinen Strom, kein flie\u00ad\u00dfendes Wasser, die Betten werden geteilt. Und die Ern\u00e4h\u00adrung (viel Mais, wenig Reis, etwas Bohnen oder Kraut und manchmal 10 Gramm Fleisch) zielt einzig darauf, satt zu werden. Es gibt also noch viel zu tun. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Wich\u00adtigste: Den Kindern geht es gut. Go, HOREMI! <\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erfolge und Herausforderungen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Allein w\u00e4hrend unseres Aufent\u00adhalts wurden drei weitere <a href=\"https:\/\/horemi.org\/de\/jetzt-spenden-helfen-macht-freunde\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/horemi.org\/de\/jetzt-spenden-helfen-macht-freunde\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Paten\u00adschaften<\/a> \u00fcber\u00adnommen. Eines unserer wich\u00adtigsten Ziele \u2014 jedem Kind eine Paten\u00adschaft und damit das Funda\u00adment f\u00fcr den Start ins Leben zu vermit\u00adteln \u2013 ist damit fast erreicht. Noch keine Spon\u00adsoren haben derzeit Zamu, Samuel, Olivia, Ajan und Shukran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine gro\u00dfe Heraus\u00adfor\u00adde\u00adrung f\u00fcr HOREMI ist die Finan\u00adzie\u00adrung des laufenden Schul\u00adbe\u00adtriebs: Lehrer\u00adge\u00adh\u00e4lter, Schul\u00adma\u00adte\u00adrial, Pr\u00fcfungs\u00adge\u00adb\u00fchren, Mittag\u00adessen, Hilfs\u00adper\u00adsonal wie z.B. der \u201eWasser\u00admann\u201c und einiges mehr wollen jeden Monat bezahlt werden. Aktuell decken die Schul\u00adge\u00adb\u00fchren nur einen Teil dieser Fixkosten. Das liegt zum einen daran, dass HOREMI gerade auch sehr armen Fami\u00adlien den Schul\u00adbe\u00adsuch erm\u00f6g\u00adlicht. Diese bezahlen keine oder nur sehr geringe Geb\u00fchren. Zum anderen ist die Schule noch brandneu, Fami\u00adlien mit besserer finan\u00adzi\u00adeller Ausstat\u00adtung m\u00fcssen durch die hohe Schul\u00adqua\u00adlit\u00e4t und entspre\u00adchende Mund-zu-Mund-Propa\u00adganda erst noch gewonnen werden.
